Join us on Friday, October 8, for the annual Uptown Appreciation Party. This is our way of saying "Thank You" for your support of Uptown Friday Nights. Because you support Uptowns, the event has grown to record size in 2004. Because you support Uptowns, Cedar Rapids has a great entertainment option each Friday in the summer. And because you support Uptowns, local charities have received more than $100,000 in donations.

The party will be held at Let's Dance, next to Lindale Mall. Doors open at 7, and The Swing Crew takes the stage from 9 to 1. Admission is just $5.

In addition to being a great party, the night is also a fundraiser for Toys For Tots. Dozens of donated items will be up for silent auction, including autographed sports memorabilia, and a hotel package.
