�	Uptown Friday Nights is an annual 10-concert series brought to Cedar Rapids by the Cedar Rapids Jaycees. The event provides a party atmosphere downtown for people to relax, unwind, and start their weekend. Funds raised at Uptown Friday Nights are used to empower the young people of the Jaycees to create positive chan...ge in our community. In recent years the Jaycees have donated over $330,000 of Uptown Friday Nights proceeds to help other local non-profits. For those new to Uptown Friday Nights, the concert features live music, food, and adult beverages. There is a $5 cover. Uptown Friday Nights is limited to those people 21 and up. EVERYONE is required to bring an ID.
