Welcome to the website for Cedar Rapids’ premiere event of the summer – Uptown Friday Nights at Greene Square Park (on the corner of 3rd Ave and 5th St SE). Each Friday from Memorial Day weekend through July, the Cedar Rapids Jaycees host a party downtown from 5pm-8pm where everyone goes to relax, get together with friends, or meet new people. It's where your weekend begins! Look for an earlier show on the 4th of July, starting at 1:30PM!

Please note that since alcohol is being sold, you must be at least 21 years old to enjoy Uptown Friday Nights, so bring your ID!

We do not allow outside organizations to pass out fliers, take signatures, or solicit in any other way inside the venue.
