Super Size Seven is a contemporary rock band based out of Eastern Iowa since 2003. The mission is simple; "Play music people want to hear, crank up the energy until everyone is having a good time, no matter where, no matter how big the crowd, give it everything and then a little more."

Super Size Seven has performed at many major festivals and events including: Uptown Friday Nights, BBQ Roundup, Freedom Festival (all in Cedar Rapids), Solon Beef Days, Utoberfest in Urbandale, Cabo Beach Party with Tone Loc, C&C; Music Factory & Vanilla Ice, TrekFest in Riverside, Hiawatha Concert in the Park, Atkins Watermelon Days, Keystone 125th celebration, Newhall 125th celebration, RAGBRAI and Fleck-fest at the Chrome Horse are among some of the summer events.

Super Size Seven has also donated their musical talents to help raise money for the American Cancer Society on multiple occasions and also for the Eagles Club Kidney Foundation.

Being one of the bands sponsored by Miller Lite, Super Size Seven has also performed at many local live music venues and private parties.
