An upcoming band in the Midwest
There are some veteran players in this group who are no strangers to the music scene. GREENBRIER came to be in late 2004 but the hart of it started before that. Matthew Kane, Lane Gaffney & Ryan Roling have worked together for over 8 years there Voice's and Todd Brown on Drums create one powerful mix of southern Country music with a Rockn twist.
Matthew Kane : Lead Vocals and Bass Guitar
Born in Cedar Rapids Iowa, Grew up in Martinsville and Roanoke Va. and moved back to Cedar Rapids in 1995. Matthew has opened from many country and southern rocker Artist's. Matthew Has played bass since the age of 12 and has been on stage since he could walk. Matthew grew up on and off the road with his parents band Amarilla. When Matthew is not on stage playing music he is working on new songs Running sound for other bands with his sound Co. InTheMusic Pro. Or working on and cruzing around in his Chevy Corvair's. Matthew has worked in ROUGHSTOCK, Mackie BLUE, and GREENBRIER
Lane Gaffney : Lead Vocals and Guitar
Born and raised in Oklahoma, where he got his love for country music. At the age of 12, he got a guitar and by the age of 15 was out and playing original songs at festivals. Now Lane enjoys singing and songwriting for the moment and is working on an EP.Lane has worked in many bands over the years like ROUGHSTOCK, GREENBRIER

Todd Brown : Drums
Todd has been drumming in the local music scene for about 10 years now with a handful of different bands, Big belly Mule, Oakland Rd, and Koi to name a few. Though most of his time drumming has been with jam bands he has picked up a lot of experience along the way. He is no stranger to good music and good musicians, which are what, led him here to Greenbrier. Just a couple of run ins that appear to be from fate, he is now the drummer for a country band and it seems like a good fit for him and the band so if you see him welcome Todd to the band and look for more out of him as the band progresses.Todd's musical influences come from a wide range of music from Bluegrass to Funk. Drummers that have had the most impact on his style are Chad Sexton (311), Vinnie Amico (moe.), Chad Smith ( Red Hot Chili Peppers ) and Taylor Hawkins ( Foo Fighters )
